Go Getter is a vehicle refurbishment and maintenance service provider. They refurbish passenger vehicles in KwaZulu-Natal through strategic partnerships, aiming to boost their revenue. Additionally, they offer mechanical and panel beating services to Uphiwekonke Holdings' fleet for leasing and operational purposes. To address the skills gap in the automotive industry, Go Getter is involved in skills training programs for youth from TVET and other higher learning institutions.

UDC is a project management services entity offering consulting services in training and skills development, as well as road construction and infrastructure development within the built environment.

UHCon is a construction services company specializing in concrete manufacturing products. They play a crucial role in supporting UST College's WIL programs by providing assimilation spaces for skills development.

SITR is a property development subsidiary focused on acquiring land for development purposes. They are currently overseeing the development of Amani Views, a project that involves constructing 11 rental units adhering to renewable energy and efficiency standards. Amani Views is strategically located on the banks of Inanda Dam and will feature recreational facilities.
